Alfredo Egydio Arruda Villela Filho
In the 90s, he completed his graduation from the Mauá Engineering School of the Mauá Technology Institute and a postgraduate degree in Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, later working in holding companies and specializing in the civil construction sector, material for civil construction and decoration.
In the previous five years, he integrated relevant companies such as Itaúsa – Investimentos S.A., Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A. and Itautec S.A, where he held major presidential positions. Furthermore, in the third sector, it became involved with Instituto Alana, Alpe Intermediações de Negócios and Yandeh S.A.

His career at Dexco S.A. in recent years included the position of Member of the People, Governance and Nominations Committee since Jul/2015; Member of the Board of Directors since Apr/2015, followed by the position of Co-Chairman from Apr/2017 to Apr/2021 and finally the position of President since Apr/2021.
In addition, throughout his career, he joined important institutions in the market such as Itaúsa – Investimentos Itaú S.A – where he has served as Chief Executive Officer and Investor Relations Officer since May 2015 – Alpagartas and companies of the Itaú group. She graduated in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, with an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and specialization from Harvard Business School.

At Dexco, within the Civil Construction, Material for Construction and Decoration area, she began her career in 2006 as Director of Human Resources, where she remained until 2009; continued as Deputy Member of the Board of Directors from Aug/2009 to Apr/2012, Full Member from Apr/2012 to Apr/2013 and Secretary from May/2010 to July/2012; Member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee from May/2011 to Apr/2013 and Member of the Sustainability Committee from Nov/2009 to Apr/2013. Antonio Joaquim de Oliveira
He graduated in Forestry Engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa in 1984, with a master’s degree in Economics and Forestry Planning at the same institution in 1986, later in 1994 he completed a specialization in Strategic Business Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
He joined the Company in August 1986, being responsible for the Forestry Area. He became Managing Director from 2004 to 2009 and then Executive Director from 2009 to 2013; He was a member of the Disclosure and Trading Committee from 2013 to 2022, moving to the Commission that same year. From 2014 to 2016 he was Executive Vice President of the Madeira Business Unit, and in the same year he served as Investor Relations Director until 2017, when he became Chief Executive Officer and Member of the IT and Digital Innovation Committee.
He graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP) in 1987.
At Dexco, he was a member of the Disclosure and Trading Committee from September 2016 to April 2022, when he ceased to be a Committee and became a Commission in the same year; he was Director from 2016 to 2020 and Investor Relations Director from 2017 to 2023 and Vice President Director responsible for the wood division from January 2023, having been responsible for the administration and finance department from May 2020 to January 2023.
In the third sector, from 1986 to 1994, he worked at Caterpillar Brasil Ltda. positions in the Control and Treasury areas, and from 1994 to 2016 he worked at Whirlpool S.A. as responsible for the finance, IT, Strategic Planning, IR and Internal Audit areas of operations in Latin America.
Cleonyr Galvão Xavier Filho
In 1996 he became a Bachelor of Business Administration from FACS, later completing a Specialization in Marketing from FGV in Rio de Janeiro in 1999, an MBA in Business Management and an MBA in Finance, Auditing and Controlling from FGV in São Paulo in 2007 and 2015 respectively , finally concluding in 2016 the MBA in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.
He joined large companies such as Solar Coca-Cola, where he held the positions of Commercial Director, Key Account Director and General Manager from 2012 to 2019; he was also President of the State of Bahia Beverage Employers’ Union and representative of the Industry at FlEB (Federation of Industry of the State of Bahia).
At Dexco, he has held the position of Director since 2019, responsible for the Deca commercial area.
Graduated in production engineering from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, he later completed a postgraduate degree in Industrial Administration from USP, MBA from École de Management à L’Université Jean Moulin, Executive Extension in Strategic Marketing from INSEAD and Executive Training for Chief Technology Officers from Haas School of Business.
Before joining the Company, he worked for 14 years in the solvents business unit of Rhodia S/A where he reached the position of Global Vice President.
At Dexco, he held the position of Director, responsible for the IT, Business Development and Innovation area, member of the IT and Digital Innovation Committee since 2019 and Member of the Investment Committee since 2021.
Francisco Augusto Semeraro Neto
Graduated in 2003 from EAESP/FGV in Business Administration, he completed a specialization in Business Economics at the same faculty in 2007, later also completing an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral in 2018.
He partnered with large companies such as Husqvarna Ltda – focused on the manufacture of machinery and equipment for managing green areas and civil construction -, where he was from 2016 to 2018 and Embraer S.A., from 2019 to 2020; holding positions in controllership, tax, accounting and IT.
At Dexco, he was Controlling and CSC Director from 2020 to 2023, and later in the same year he assumed the role of Investor Relations Director within the Administration and Finance Department.
He became a ceramics technician graduated from Colégio Maximiliano Gaidzinski in Cocal do Sul in 1985, later in 1994 he graduated as a Land Surveyor graduated from UNESC in 1994 with a specialty in Business Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná and Canadian Industries Study Program from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
In the third sector, he joined Cerâmica Urussanga S.A in 1987 and in 2010 became Managing Director and then Chief Executive Officer, he was also a Member of the Board of Directors of Infragás, Member of the Superior Council of the Commercial and Industrial Association of Criciúma, among others.
At Dexco, he has held the position of Director of the Coatings unit since 2018.
Graduated in Psychology from PUC-MG in 2001, she completed an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral/MG in 2010 and a Professional Master’s in Administration from PUC-MG in 2014.
He has 20 years of experience in Human Resources, having worked in national and multinational companies in the retail, financial and automotive segments, such as Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Banco Real, ABN AMRO and Fiat Chrysler Automóveis.
At Dexco, he served as Human and Organizational Development Manager from December 2015 to 2018 before taking over as Director of HR and Communication area in 2019; in 2021, she became the Director responsible for the People and ESG area.
Guilherme Tadeu Pereira Júnior
He graduated in Public Administration from Unisul in 2008, completed an MBA in Finance in 2011 with an emphasis on Controllership and Auditing from FGV and took specialization courses in Business in the Netherlands.
At Dexco, he worked in the civil construction, material for civil construction and decoration sector as an Effective Fiscal Council member since 2021, having been an effective member from 2018 to 2019.
He joined other large companies such as Alpagartas S.A., where he was also a member of the Fiscal Council, Itaúsa S.A., Itautec S.A. as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer (CFO) from 2012 to 2013 and Vice President, Administrative and Financial (CFO) from 2013 to 2015.
In the third sector, it partnered with companies such as Oki Brasil Indústria e Comércio de Produtos e Tecnologia em Automação S.A. and Minuto Corretora de Seguros S.A., in both focusing primarily on the financial part.

Shee joined the civil construction, material for civil construction and decoration sector at Dexco, serving on the Fiscal Council since 2022. In addition, in the third sector he has been involved in the OLX Group as Risk Director since 2021, PwC Brazil as Manager and Director of Consulting of Riscos from 1999 to 2012 and at Deloitte Brazil as a Partner from 2012 to 2021.
Graduated in 1975 from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Business Administration, he has worked in the financial area for the last 5 years, covering the scope of Investments, trade in wood, hardware and related products, civil construction, materials for construction and decoration, as well as the incorporation of real estate developments.
It integrated companies within these segments such as HS Investimentos S.A., GNPS S.A., Espaço Negócios Imobiliários Ltda., Ligna Florestal Ltda. – where he has been Managing Director since 1983 -, among others. Within the third sector, he worked at Klabin S.A., Pinacoteca de São Paulo, MASP, MAM and YPO/WPO.
At Dexco, his trajectory began in 1999 as a Member of the Board of Directors, currently being Vice-President since 2021, and Full Member, where he continues until the present day after a break in the period from 2012 to 2013 when he became an Alternate Member; held the position of Member of the People, Governance and Nomination Committee from November/2009 to April/2015, Member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee from November/2009 to May/2011 and Chairman of the Finance Committee since December/2021.
She graduated from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado in 1994 in the Economics course, later completing an Executive MBA in Finance in 2000 and a Master’s in Accounting from FECAP in 2019.

José Ricardo Paraíso Ferraz
Graduated from ESALQ at USP as an Agronomic and Forestry Engineer, he started his activities at Dexco as Head of the Forestry Division, a position he held from 1984 to 1994, later became Forestry Manager from 1994 to 2008, Executive Forestry Manager from 2008 to 2011, Forestry from 2011 to 2013 and Director since 2013.
He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellín in the 1980s and is a candidate for a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá in 1991.
He joined Dexco in 2009, being responsible for managing the industrial operation in Colombia and the commercial operation in the Andean region and Central America, later occupying the position of General Manager of Tablemac S.A. from 2009 to 2012 and Dexco Colombia Director since 2012.
Juliana Rozenbaum Munemori
Graduated in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, holds the CFA® designation.
Specializing in the civil construction sector, material for civil construction and decoration by Dexco, she has been a member of the Board of Directors, the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Committee for the Evaluation of Transactions with Related Parties since 2016 – having been of the latter President from 2019; She has been a Member of the Finance Committee since 2021 and was a Member of the IT and Digital Innovation Committee from 2020 to 2021.
In the third sector, it partnered with companies such as Viva Decora Internet S.A., EDP – Energias do Brasil S.A., Suzano Papel e Celulose S.A., among others.
In addition, she had more than 13 years of experience in Sell Side Equity Research, focusing on companies in the Consumer and Retail sector, worked at several financial institutions between 2007 and 2013, but mainly at Itaú BBA and worked as an economist on the Buy Side of institutions such as JGP, Pactual and Icatu.

Marcelo de Camargo Furtado
Graduated in Chemical Engineering with a master’s degree at USP/POLI in Renewable Energies.
In the third sector, he joined important organizations such as the Greenpeace Environmentalist Organization from 2008 to 2013, where he served as Executive Director, at Greenpeace Brazil for Forestry, Climate & Energy and Pollution where he held the position of Campaign Director from 2005 to 2008 and Greenpeace International from 1990 to 2005 ; in addition, it joined the Arapyaú Institute, the Coalizão Brasil Clima Floresta e Agricultura, the Brazilian Forum on Climate Change, Conectas Human Rights, among others.

Graduated in Pedagogy in 2003 and post-graduated in Psychopedagogy in 2006 from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, she worked as a children’s teacher from 2011 to 2016 in the third sector, later joining the Family Council of the Family Office and the Advisory Council of Fundação Itaú Social.
She specialized in the areas of Civil Construction, Material for Construction and Decoration within Dexco, where she has been an Alternate Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Finance Committee since 2021; member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee from 2020 to 2022 and the People, Governance and Nomination Committee in 2020; He was a Hearing Officer for the Board of Directors and the People, Governance and Nomination Committee in 2020.

Raul Penteado de Oliveira Neto
Graduated from Mackenzie University in 1985 in the Law course, he worked in the civil construction sector, material for civil construction and decoration at Dexco, where he has been a member of the Fiscal Council since 2022.
In the third sector, he joined the Green Building Council Brazil as Chairman of the Board of Directors, New Energies Comercializadora S.A., focused on the development and investment in renewable energy projects, Mineração Buritirama – Bonsucex Group of manganese, among others.
He graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in 1984, Law in 1988 and specialized in Harvard University in 1995.

Investment Commission
Analyzes Dexco’s competition and competitiveness, in addition to monitoring and approving the Company’s investments in permanent assets. It is formed by a coordinator and five members.
Risks Commission
This committee assesses and monitors the risks involved in the Company’s operations and activities, being coordinated by the internal audit, risk management and Compliance management and composed of the members of the Executive Board.
Ethics Commission
The Ethics Committee ensures compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct, evaluates and decides on critical behavior in violation of the Code and other internal rules of the Company, as well as the Legislation, deciding on the possible application of disciplinary measures. It is composed of the Executive Committee, internal audit management, risk management and compliance, legal management and human and organizational development.
Data Protection and Privacy Commission
Its objective is to monitor data management in the Company in relation to the General Data Protection Law, as well as to resolve on matters related to it. It reports its activities to the Executive Committee and is made up of the internal audit, risk management and compliance, information and data security, Shared Services Center (CSC) and legal departments.
ESG Comission
Evaluates ESG aspects and practices, debates and advises on topics such as the analysis of new market demands on the Company’s role in social actions, the environment and governance. It consists of an ESG manager and five members.
Disclosure and Trading Commission
Advises the Investor Relations Officer, reviews and approves the information disclosed to the market, previously analyzes the content of the materials for meetings with investors and analysts (road shows) and public presentations that contain information about the Company; analyzes the content of responses referring to official inquiries from regulatory and self-regulatory bodies, thus helping to comply with the Company’s Policy for Trading Securities and Disclosure of Relevant Act or Fact. It is made up of a member of the Board of Directors, in addition to the Chief Executive Officer, Investor Relations Officer, and the legal and ESG managers.
